We realize that visitors to Namibia are usually short on time but still want to experience local life and culture and sights and sounds which our bush has to offer. For those who are short in time the 2 day Bushmen experience is an interesting offer.

Recommendations
Comfortable walking shoes, wide brim hat, sun screen, sunglasses & personal water bottle (2litres), small back pack to carry your water for the walk. Warm jacket, (summer & winter), flashlight, camera & film.

Day 01: Windhoek- Be Wild Adventure Camp
Our guests will be picked up from the International airport or their accommodation in Windhoek then drive to our rustic local farm based in the Kalahari Desert; via the eastern town of Witvlei/Gobabis respectively to our Be Wild Adventure Bushcamp. Our excepted arrival time is around lunch time but guest will have early lunch at own cost in Gobabis. On arrival you can get settled in your own little huts. This is a natural African stylish setup of our bushcamp and you can’t miss this too, time to relax from a long drive. Nature at it’s best.

Around 15h30 our Nharo Bushmen trackers starts with our Be Wild adventure with a walk. The route leads through the bush and the Bushman tracker will teach the participants a lot about animals, spoors, traditional plants (be it for food/medicine) and the usage thereof. The duration of the walk depends on the guests, they will however return to the camp before sunset, freshen up with a hot shower and all meet again at the campfire for a sundowner. Cool beer available at our bush bar.

The dinner will be prepared and served at the open campfire and afterwards guests can sit around the campfire, enjoy and experience some traditional Bushmen dances and just simply listen to the old Bushmen stories. Please note that you (guest) are expected to participate in this be it dances and stories telling.
Day 02: Be Wild Adventure Camp-Windhoek
After an early bush breakfast we experience how the women are making their jewellery and crafts in the village, while the men are lighting a fire, making ropes and snares, traditional bows and arrows and prepare and taste traditional bush food. Learn and join in to make things your self. We will then say goodbye and return back to Windhoek.
