Uakii Wilderness Survival allows participants to gain experience in both working and assisting endangered species, consisting mainly of caring for sick cats. This presents a chance to learn about the conflict between wildcats and man in the environment. The rehab centres take in sick and injured wild cats from all over the country and your role will be to care and possibly even release the many variations of wild cats the centre cares for back into the environment. As conservationist participants you will assist the conservation teams in their efforts to conserve these beautiful creatures. This is an experience where you get the opportunity to get hands on involved in the management of national parks, communal areas and private reserves, as well as exploring Namibia's amazing coastline. These areas are completely unique and can offer its inhabitants the best of both worlds. So let’s help save our endangered wildlife.
